This policy explains what personal information TeckAM Software Private Limited ("TeckAM", "we", "us") collects through teckam.com, why we collect it and how we handle it. It covers this website only. Each of our products (Multi Calculator, Lumina and Splitnor) has its own privacy policy on its own website.

1. Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to send us, plus limited usage data if you allow it:

• Contact form: your name, company (optional), email address and the message you write.
• AI assistant: the questions you type into the chat assistant on this site.
• Email and phone: whatever you include when you contact us directly.
• Analytics (only with your consent): pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.
• Technical logs: our hosting provider records standard request data, such as IP address and time, to operate and secure the site.

We do not ask for passwords or payment details on this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

2. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project.
• To answer questions through the AI assistant.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the site (analytics, with consent).
• To keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Service providers

We use trusted providers to run this site. They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes:

• Google Firebase: website hosting and the server functions behind the contact form and AI assistant.
• AI model provider: messages you send to the AI assistant are processed by a third-party AI model to generate replies. Please do not enter sensitive personal information in the chat.
• Google Analytics: usage statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies.

We may also disclose information where required by law.

4. Cookies

We use Google Analytics cookies only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is stored in your browser. To change it, clear this site's data in your browser settings and the banner will appear again.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain business records, and then delete them. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics retention settings.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw any consent you have given. These rights include those under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. To make a request, email us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to the information we hold is limited to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
